Being arrested for DUI was definitely the lowest and most stressful point in my life. Since my BAC was barely over the legal limit of .08 , I was pretty upset when I got a court notice that I was charged with DUI. I was embarrassed when I first met with John, but talking to him made me feel so much better about my situation and myself! He has never made me feel like a bad person or that I deserved this. He is very personable and will go the extra mile to ensure you achieve the best possible outcome. I had to take a alcohol evaluation and attend a DUI victims panel class. John showed the prosecutor that I had proactively taken these classes and was eventually able to get the charge of DUI dismissed and reduced to a charge of Negligent driving. John also represented me to the Washington State Dept. of Drivers Licensing, I was able to keep my drivers license and it was never suspended. The end result was a great one, because without a driver's license I would have probably lost my job. I would definitely recommend John if you have a DUI and want to get a good result!
