What Sets Me Apart
1. I prepare every case for Trail
I am an experienced trial attorney and do not have associates, I personally represent each one of my clients and prepare the case for trial. This sets me apart from larger firms where you may retain a senior attorney and are actually represented by junior associates that are unprepared for trial. Preparing a case for trial also leads to great negotiations.
2. Local Knowledge
I am a graduate of Bellevue High School and the Seattle University School of Law and currently serve on the City of Kirkland Planning Commission. I have deep roots on the east-side and Seattle area. I know the local courts, prosecutors, opposing attorneys and judges. These relationships matter!
3. Free Consultation & Fair Flat-Fee Pricing
Your initial consultation is free and discreet. The Attorney/Client privilege exists during our meeting, meaning our conversation is confidential. You'll meet with me personally. We'll talk about your case and the likely outcomes. I have flat-fee pricing and accept credit cards and payment plans in some cases. I return phone calls, answer emails without additional charges.
