What Sets Me Apart
1. I focus on criminal defense and personally represent you
I am an experienced attorney and do not have associates, I personally represent each one of my clients. This sets me apart from larger firms where you may retain a senior attorney and are actually represented by junior associates. I choose my clients carefully and get great results for them!
2. Free Consultation & Fair Flat-Fee Pricing
Your initial consultation is free and discreet. The Attorney/Client privilege exists during our meeting, meaning our conversation is confidential. You'll meet with me personally. We'll talk about your case and the likely outcomes. I have flat-fee pricing, not hourly. I return phone calls, answer emails without additional charges. Transparency and easy billing practices is at the core of my business. We always discuss pricing in detail, in advance.
3. Local Knowledge
I am a graduate of Bellevue High School and the Seattle University School of Law. I have deep roots on the East-side and Seattle area. I know the local courts, prosecutors, opposing attorneys and judges. These relationships matter!
