Incredibly, Tymczyszyn says he has been encouraging would-be clients to call for a ride rather than drive drunk.m"I drive on the same roads as everybody else," Tymczyszyn said. Bellevue law firm John T Law, PLLC has published a new guide for persons faced with Shoplifting and 3rd degree theft charges. This guide is designed for persons who have been detained or arrested for retail theft by loss prevention officers (LPO) or police in Washington State. This is general information for first-time offenders that are accused of stealing merchandise valued less than $750 under RCW 9A.56.050. RCW 9A.56.050 is a Gross Misdemeanor in Washington state and punishable by up to 1 year in jail and a $5000 fine. The City of Bellevue Police Department is using a new CRIME MAP. The Bellevue police have said that this is an effort to "proactively share information with the public." Users can also select crime types, date ranges, generate reports, and receive email updates as well as free crime alerts.

Costco is currently the largest company (by revenue) in Washington State. The company is headquartered in Issaquah, Washington and did 105 Billion in revenue last year. Washington State DUI laws are some of the toughest in our nation. Besides the criminal charges you will face if you are charged with DUI you will also face a mandatory license suspension. The State of Washington requires a license suspension of between 90 days - 2years!
